Open-up Scheme for Eligible Outside Bodies (except Government Departments) under Private Recreational Leases
Based on the Home Affairs Bureau ‘Use of Facilities Provided by Holders of Private Recreational Leases‘, Victoria Recreation Club is committed to promoting the sports facilities at its Emerald Bay Clubhouse to the public for use by Eligible Outside Bodies.
The Eligible Outside Bodies refer to:
– Schools registered under the Education Ordinance;
– Non- governmental Organisations receiving subvention from the Social Welfare Department;
– Uniformed groups and youth organisations receiving subvention from the Home Affairs Bureau; and
– “National Sports Associations” recognised by the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China and relevant International Federations.

Eligible Outside Bodies requesting to book the activities, please email the completed Activity Registration Form to vrc.com.hk.
